Dan’s love of food and culinary expertise is perfectly matched by Jeremy’s experience of restaurants and his eye for detail. Both are passionate about good food and want to use the best seasonal produce available. Game is provided by Margaret Ralph, the only professional female stalker in the country and the fish from various suppliers on the coast could not be fresher. Elements of the main menu are changed on a weekly basis and the blackboard menu caters for those wanting good, honest pub grub. Sunday lunch is a speciality. Dan and Jeremy are not looking to hang stars above the door but produce the kind of food that they both enjoy eating in an informal environment.
